🎤 What is important, what needs to be emphasized?
🎤 What is the script trying to portray?
🎤 Is it informational, instructional or a warning,
🎤 A call to action, an invitation to participate or purchase?
🎤 To whom am I speaking, where are they, why is this information important to them?
🎤 What might be their reactions and how do I incorporate those into the telling of the story?
🎤 Who am I and why am I imparting this information?

Finding all of these and more. Reading it through a number of times to find a flow to the oration. Once all that is sorted, start crafting the storytelling, often vocalizing it a number of times before so the story is being portrayed in a way that will engage the listener and help them to retain the information.
