John Mathatas

John Mathatas serves as a Construction Superintendent at Richard and is actively involved as the Junior Vice Commander for the Antioch Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4551 and a board member for the Northern Illinois Conservation Club. Previously, John had a distinguished career in the U.S. Army, where they held various leadership roles including Senior Project Manager and Operations Manager, overseeing numerous construction projects in challenging environments such as Afghanistan and Iraq. They have a strong background in military engineering and administrative operations, demonstrating expertise in project management, risk mitigation, and logistical planning. John is pursuing further education at Union Institute & University, continuing to develop their professional skills.
