Dean Wenner

Dean Wenner began their work experience in 1989 as a Piping Engineer for Foster Wheeler USA Corporation. Over the years, they took on various positions within the company, including Senior Piping Technology Engineer, Principal Piping Engineer, and Chief Piping Engineer. In 1996, they became the Director of Engineering, responsible for managing multiple departments and strategic planning. Dean later served as Vice President of Project Operations and Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. In 2012, Dean joined Richard as the Executive Vice President & General Manager, overseeing multiple divisions within the company and formulating corporate strategy as the Chief Strategy Officer.

Dean Wenner received their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Capital College, Pennsylvania State University in 1989. In 2008, they participated in the Executive Leadership Program at Texas McCombs School of Business, specializing in the Construction Industry.
