BT Lim has extensive experience in sales and marketing within the technology sector, currently serving as Director of Sales and Marketing for the ASEAN region at Richardson Electronics, Ltd. since July 2015. Prior to this role, BT Lim held multiple positions at Richardson RFPD, including Managing Director overseeing South East Asia, India, and ANZ from January 2010 to June 2015, as well as Regional Sales Manager for South East Asia. BT Lim's career at Richardson Electronics spans from October 2000 to December 2010, during which time BT Lim served as Territory Manager, Country Manager, and District Sales Manager.
