We are Richborough, the UK’s leading independent land promotion business.

We believe land is one of our most scarce and precious resources and that where developed, it should be used wisely – creating places for people to live, work, rest and play well.

That’s why we dream bigger with every site – designing schemes with great care and consideration that maximise value for landowners by delivering not just a good outcome, but the best possible outcome for all stakeholders, whatever the brief.

Our best-in-class multidisciplinary teams have been pioneering new approaches to land promotion since 2003, delivering high quality permissions quickly and efficiently in the places they are needed.
