For 30+ years, I’ve been helping manufacturers overcome one of their biggest challenges: scaling customized products efficiently without drowning in complexity.

Imagine if your business could:

✅ Respond to custom orders in minutes instead of days
✅ Free up your best engineers to innovate rather than redraw
✅ Ensure operational continuity—no more dependency on key employees

That’s exactly what I do. I transform manufacturing businesses from:
❌ “We can’t handle more custom orders” → ✅ “Bring them on!”
❌ “It takes days to respond” → ✅ “We get back to customers in minutes”
❌ “We depend too much on key employees” → ✅ “Our systems run like clockwork”

Proven Impact Across North America & Europe

I’ve helped leading manufacturers like Bauer Hockey scale from obscurity to market dominance and guided companies like Lincora to thrive even after losing entire engineering teams.

How? By Automating Complex Design Processes

I build intelligent automation systems that:
🔹 Capture your company’s expertise for long-term efficiency
🔹 Instantly respond to customer orders with zero delays
🔹 Maintain consistent quality, reducing errors and inefficiencies

With fluency in four languages and a deep understanding of both technical systems and business transformation, I bridge the gap between automation and growth—helping manufacturers scale without chaos.
