Rob Chiacchia has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades in the technology industry. Rob is currently the President of Richtek North America Business at RICHTEK USA INC since July 2022. Prior to this, Rob served as the General Manager of the Power System Management Technology Group and Power uModule Technology Group at Analog Devices from March 2017 to December 2021. In this role, they led two business units with combined revenue of $465M and a staff of over 200. Before joining Analog Devices, Rob worked at Linear Technology as the Design Center Director from July 2001 to March 2017, where they grew the Design Center staff from 8 to 80 engineers and developed over 200 products generating over $1B in revenue. From 1994 to 2001, they founded the Colorado Springs Design Center at Maxim Integrated Products, growing the operation from 1 to 45 engineers. Rob started their career as a Design Engineer at Analog Devices in May 1986 and later served as a Design Section Leader at Signal Processing Technologies from June 1992 to April 1994.

Rob Chiacchia attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Rob later pursued a Master's degree in Engineering Management at Tufts University Gordon Institute from 1989 to 1990.
