From Idea -> To Product -> To Market

From your first napkin drawings to your first press coverage, we will help your initial idea become a market reality. From full-time, on-site interim roles to retainer status, we work with clients to find the right package. Our clients are typically technology companies, as we bring experience from life sciences, the web, and educational technology.

We help companies produce and disseminate technologies that improve lives. Particularly focused on education, healthcare, artificial intelligence, and big data, we enjoy catalyzing products that accelerate education and/or apply neuroscience to the real-world. Our specialty is enabling startups to attain product-market fit, to build and maintain strong teams, and to design new products and features that delight users.

Past projects have included: market research, competitive analysis and positioning, business model development, user stories and user testing, product concept definition, product requirements, wireframes, mockups, project management, software selection, internal hiring and outsourcing, consultative sales, technical writing, and press relations.
Silicon-Valley based clients have been featured in media outlets such as Bloomberg, Newsweek, and Techcrunch.
