Since 1997, we have been providing interdisciplinary advice in the field of business law both in Germany and abroad. We act as an outsourced legal department for startups, small and and medium-sized companies. The legal departments of large companies value us as specialists in IT/IP and data protection.
 
Our team consists of 10 professionals, including 4 lawyers with more than 20 years of professional experience each, and 3 lawyers certified as data protection officers. We provide the external data protection officer for a large number of companies.
 
Our portfolio includes specialization in legal topics for companies in the digital economy:

IT/IP law, Internet law, intellectual property law, trademark and domain law, IT contract law, data protection law, distribution law, commercial tenancy law and employment law.
 
We follow the approach of holistic consulting. This means that we advise our clients not only on data protection, but also on IT law and other areas of law to ensure that they conclude contracts with partners who are unproblematic in terms of data protection law, for example with regard to data processing and any reference to third countries, and update documentation accordingly on an ongoing basis.
