Simon Brown is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in manufacturing and plant operations across various industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at RICOR Group since February 2022, Simon previously held roles such as Production Manager at Paralloy & Firth Vickers and Plant Operations Manager at Slickstitch, where expertise included managing textile embellishment for major sporting brands. Simon's tenure at Gestamp as Operations Support Manager and other managerial roles involved overseeing large teams and implementing best practices across multiple plants, ensuring efficiency and quality. Simon also holds a degree in Manufacturing Management from Darlington Technical College.
