Adrian Tan, MRICS, is a General Manager and Chartered Facilities Management Surveyor with extensive experience in the construction and facilities management sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at CBM Pte Ltd and General Manager at CBM Qatar L.L.C. since 2017, Adrian also holds a position as a member of the Qatar Board of Advisors for RICS. With past roles including Centre Director at the Infocomm Media Development Authority and Quantity Surveyor for the Changi Airport Terminal 3 project, Adrian co-founded the Singapore Business Council in Qatar and serves as its Secretary General. Adrian earned a degree from the National University of Singapore with a GPA of 80.2%.
