Amit Patel

Amit Patel is a seasoned professional in the construction and commercial management sectors, currently serving as the Head of Professional Practice – Construction at RICS. Previously, Amit held the role of Commercial Manager at Ocado Technology and served as Commercial Manager for Microsoft EMEA at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. Additional experience includes the position of Commercial Manager for Costa Coffee at Whitbread and involvement in New Store Cost Management at Tesco PLC. Amit holds a PgDip in Quantity Surveying from London South Bank University and a BA (Hon) in Architecture & Interior Design from the University of Westminster.
