Andrew Cunningham is an experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager with a solid background in project delivery across various sectors within the construction industry. Currently serving as the Head of Estates Development Services at Southern Health and Social Care Trust, they also hold the position of Vice Chairman for RICS in Northern Ireland. Andrew has previously worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager at Johnston Houston and has contributed to the field as a Guest Lecturer at Southern Regional College.
