Andrew Essam

Andrew Essam is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and an expert in construction dispute resolution. Since 1993, they have served as the Managing Director of Construction Contract Resolutions Ltd, focusing on dispute resolution and forensic quantity surveying. Nominated by various prestigious organizations, they have acted as Adjudicator in over 200 construction adjudications, tackling complex disputes involving variations, extensions of time, and defective works. Moreover, Andrew was a Construction Adjudicator with the RICS Dispute Resolution Service since 2001 and served as Chairman of the CIArb North East Branch from 2008 to 2010. They earned an MSc in Construction Law and Arbitration and a BSc in Quantity Surveying from Leeds Metropolitan University and The Nottingham Trent University, respectively.
