Binil Davis, MRICS, is an experienced Quantity Surveyor and commercial specialist with a comprehensive background in infrastructure, commercial, and educational sectors. Significant roles include serving as a Senior Quantity Surveyor for CPB Contractors on the Transmission Gully Project, managing contract performance at the New Zealand Ministry of Education, and leading commercial operations in various capacities at Stantec and Crown Infrastructure Delivery.
