Concetta Russell

Concetta (Gonnella) Russell is a Chartered Surveyor with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently, they serve as a RICS APC Assessor at RICS and as Director of Rating at Black Cat Building Consultancy. Previously, Concetta held the position of Associate Director at Colliers and worked as a Chartered Surveyor at the Valuation Office Agency from 2006 to 2024. They earned a BA (Hons) in Marketing Communications with Italian from the University of Greenwich and a BSC in Real Estate Management from the University College of Estate Management.
