David Smith

David Smith is a law firm partner specializing in property litigation, property regulation, and data protection, particularly regarding residential tenancies and agencies. They have substantial experience in civil and criminal law related to property, having worked in civil courts from county courts to the Supreme Court, as well as in magistrates and Crown Courts. Currently, David serves as an Editorial Board Member for the Isurv residential lettings channel and is a partner in the Property Litigation Department at Spector Constant & Williams. They hold various degrees including a PhD from Prifysgol Aberystwyth University and an LLB from the College of Law, and have lectured and written extensively on civil procedure and landlord and tenant law.
