Dean Hockley

Dean Hockley is a Partner at Carter Jonas and has served on the RICS UK Matrics Board since 2023. With a background as an Associate Partner and Senior Surveyor within the Infrastructure and Energy team at Carter Jonas, Dean has focused on valuation, compulsory purchase, and compensation matters since 2017. Prior to this, Dean worked as a Placement Student at Willsons Chartered Surveyors, gaining experience in various aspects of land agency and client representation. Additionally, Dean was the Chairman of the YEP Birmingham Committee, helping to create a cross-property network in the Birmingham area. Dean earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management from Harper Adams University in 2017.
