Eric van Leuven is a Dutch national who has lived and worked in Portugal since 1982. They have served as the Executive Partner in charge of Cushman & Wakefield’s Lisbon office since 1991, overseeing all agency and professional departments. Eric was a member of the European Executive Council from 2007 to 2012 and played a key role in establishing the company’s operations in Greece and integrating its Romanian business. Currently, they are a member of Cushman & Wakefield's European Leadership Team and the Executive Committee of ULI Portugal. Elected as a Fellow of the RICS in 2000, Eric has significantly contributed to the development of the commercial property market in Portugal.
