Fiona Castle (nee Shaw) has extensive experience in the valuation and property management field, beginning with a degree in Estate Management from Ulster University. Beginning as a Technical Writer for the Airport Authority Hong Kong, Fiona progressed through various roles, including QA Manager at ANZ Banking Group and Strategic Consultant at DTZ. Subsequent positions include Certified Valuer at LandMark White and Landlink Property Group, and Manager of Residential Division at Herron Todd White. Fiona has also served as an Accreditation Panel member for RICS Oceania and is currently an APC Assessor and Supervisor at RICS, as well as the Regional Director for Opteon AUS & NZ. Notably, Fiona managed residential valuations at CBRE for several years and has been a Certified Practicing Valuer since 2014.
