Freya Reid

Freya Reid is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in health coaching and building surveying. Since October 2012, Freya has been self-employed as a Health Coach, focusing on helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. In addition, Freya has served as Chairperson at Little Leaves Preschool since March 2013. Freya earned a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from the University of West London, attending from 2019 to 2023. Post-graduation, Freya has worked as a Building Surveyor at RICS since September 2023, following a previous role in the same capacity at CBRE UK from September 2007 to September 2012. Freya also holds a position as a Health and Wellness Coach at BLESSED WITH FINESSE LTD since May 2014.
