Gareth David is currently the Chief Estimator at PCL Construction, where they lead the preparation of comprehensive estimates and proposals for commercial and civil construction projects. They previously held positions as a Senior Estimator and Estimator at PCL Construction and have also worked as a Cost Manager at Turner & Townsend and a Quantity Surveyor at Carillion. Gareth served as the BC Chapter Chair for RICS from 2014 to 2019 and is presently a member of the Americas World Regional Board. They hold a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management from Loughborough University, graduated in 2004.
