Gemma Barrett

Gemma Barrett (Assoc CIPD) is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as a Learning & Development Business Partner at RICS since July 2025. Prior roles include Learning and Development Programme Manager and various positions within GFT Technologies from September 2018 to May 2025, as well as Regional Talent & Learning Coordinator and HR Advisor at Kantar from November 2015 to September 2018.
