James Durham is a Chartered Building Surveyor at JLL’s Birmingham Office and the Chair of the RICS Matrics Birmingham Committee. With a diverse background in portfolio maintenance, dilapidation schedules, and condition assessments, James effectively contributes to various sectors. They have a strong commitment to professional development, actively organizing CPD and networking events across the West Midlands. James holds a First Class BSc (Hons) in Marine Sport Science from the University of Plymouth and a Master's degree in Building Surveying from the University College of Estate Management.
