John Fletcher

John Fletcher is the Executive Director of Dispute Resolution at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), where they oversee global Dispute Resolution Services, including arbitration and mediation. Born in South Africa, John completed a B Com LL.B at Rhodes University and earned an M Phil and PhD in administrative law from the University of Cambridge. They have ten years of experience as a barrister at the Johannesburg Bar, focusing on civil commercial practice and constitutional law. Prior to their role at RICS, John was the International Projects Director for ADR Group, where they spearheaded various international initiatives and services in mediation.
