John Hughes is a founding partner at Hemson Consulting Ltd and has been involved with RICS Americas as Chair since 2013. They served on the Governing Council from 2012 to 2016, and held the positions of Senior Vice President, President Elect, and President during RICS's 150th anniversary. Currently, Hughes studies Land Economics at the College of Estate Management.
