Jonathan King MAPM MRICS is a highly experienced MRICS Chartered Project Manager with a background in Building Surveying, currently serving as the Executive Director of Project Delivery at Dubai Holding. With 17 years of project management, surveying, and on-site construction experience, Jonathan has successfully delivered new build and fit-out projects valued at up to AED 100 million. Jonathan has also been a Senior Project Manager at Turner & Townsend, managing prestigious projects such as Expo 2020 and Atlantis the Palm. They have held key positions at various firms, including Uniserve Group, Potter Raper, and Atkins, where they played a pivotal role in managing high-profile commercial and hospitality schemes. Jonathan is an active member of the UAE Market Advisory Board for RICS, contributing to enhanced member engagement and industry advancement.
