Justin Sullivan

Justin Sullivan is the current President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), serving as a key ambassador for the profession and engaging with stakeholders across various sectors. They founded and own Adair Ltd, a project management and surveying business, and have extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor at Wimpey Construction and Nigel Ray and Partners. Additionally, Justin has held various leadership roles within RICS, including President Elect and Senior Vice President, and has actively contributed to the construction industry through numerous board memberships and advisory positions. They continue to influence the field through their roles with organizations such as the International Construction Measurement Standards Coalition and the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
