Louise McCarthy

Louise McCarthy has extensive experience in facilities management and real estate advisory, beginning as Helpdesk Manager at McBains Cooper from March 1997 to March 2001. Following this, Louise served as Director at Lambert Smith Hampton from March 2001 to April 2019, and has held the position of Director at Foxfield FM Ltd since May 2019, specializing in facilities management consultancy. In addition, since January 2019, Louise has been involved with RICS as an APC Assessor and Associate Candidate Assessor for the FM Associate Route. Louise holds a BSc in Land Management from the University of Reading, which was completed between 1992 and 1995.
