Mark Devlin is currently the Managing Director of Client Services for Business and Commercial Banking at Lloyds Banking Group. Previously, Mark served as the Managing Director at Colleys Residential Valuation Surveyors from 2011 to 2013 and held various roles at Lloyds Banking Group from 2015 to 2022, including Head of Client Services and Head of Mortgage Operations. Mark also contributed to RICS as Vice Chairman and served as Past Chairman of the Scotland Board in 2023. Mark earned a Master’s degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from Edinburgh Napier University between 2008 and 2010.
