Miles Sampson is currently a Student Member of RICS and is employed as a Senior Commercial Specialist at Southern Water since September 2021, focusing on NEC 3 commercial administration, payment application processing, and contract evaluations. Prior to this role, Miles completed a Commercial Specialist Apprenticeship as a Trainee Surveyor at McAndrew Martin Ltd, where responsibilities included producing building control applications and conducting feasibility studies. Miles also gained experience as a Customer Service Advisor at SSE plc and as a Media Assistant at Portsmouth Football Club Ltd. Currently pursuing a Chartered Quantity Surveying Degree Apprenticeship at the University of Portsmouth, Miles is expected to graduate in 2025.
