Miranda Thomas MRICS is a Chartered Project Management Surveyor with extensive experience in whole life-cycle project and programme delivery. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Estates Projects and a Senior Lecturer in Construction Project Management at the University of South Wales, Miranda has developed strong client relationships while implementing project governance and procurement strategies across various sectors. Previously, Miranda held senior roles at Arcadis and Gleeds, overseeing significant new build and refurbishment projects. Additionally, Miranda contributes to the Association for Project Management as the Lead Question Developer and serves as a Board Member for RICS South Wales.
