Nick Knight is a Managing Director of UK Lines of Business at CBRE, with over 20 years of experience in advising on commercial real estate in the UK, particularly from their base in London. They have worked with a diverse range of clients, including UK listed REITs, UK clearing banks, and international investors, providing expertise in valuation, transactional due diligence, and secured lending. Previously, Nick served as an Executive Director in Valuation Advisory Services at CBRE and was a Surveyor at Gerald Eve from 1994 to 1998. They are currently the Chair of the Valuation Professional Group Panel at RICS, where they contribute to the knowledge and practice of surveying. Nick holds a BA (Hons) in Politics from Durham University and a Diploma in Surveying from The College of Estate Management, where they were a Hammerson Prize winner.
