Peter Melling MRICS is the Director at Black Cat Services, a Chartered Building Surveying Company based in South Cave, which they established in 2011 after taking voluntary redundancy from BAE Systems, where they worked for 18 years. Peter currently serves as the Chairman of the RICS Hull and East Yorkshire Local Association, focusing on providing continuing professional development opportunities for members. With a solid educational background, including a Bachelor of Science in Building Surveying from Leeds Metropolitan University, Peter specializes in various areas of building surveying, project management, and property advice.
