Richard Cass

Richard Cass is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over twenty years of experience in central London and EMEA. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of London Development Monitoring at CBRE UK and Turner & Townsend, Richard specializes in technical due diligence and project management to maximize investment opportunities for clients. Richard has also been an Interim Member of the Governing Council for the RICS Building Surveying & Building Control Professional Group since 2025, contributing to the profession's development. Richard's educational background includes a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from the University of Reading.
