Roger Esson is a strategic business leader with over 25 years of experience in engineering construction, specializing in built environment and energy transition. Currently, they serve as a member of the Knowledge & Practice Committee and Chair of the Professional Group Panel at RICS, where they focus on advancing professional standards and practices. Their past roles include Head of Decommissioning at AMEC, Chief Executive at Decom North Sea, and Head of Industry & Partner Network at the Net Zero Technology Centre. Roger also holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying from Robert Gordon University and continues to influence the industry through their position as Head of Sales at Centurion Group and as a Director at Esson Energy Ltd.
