Sai Yao

Sai Yao is a UX Manager currently serving as UX Lead at RICS. Previously, they held roles as a Senior Experience Designer at Shell Energy and a Digital/UX Designer at the AHDB, where they designed over 30 websites and mobile apps and mentored team members. Earlier in their career, Sai worked as a Creative Designer at Leaworks Limited and contributed to marketing and design initiatives at Haino Travel. They earned a Master’s Degree in Interaction Design from Loughborough University and a Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Design from Shandong University of Arts & Design.
