Stephen Ballesty FRICS

Stephen Ballesty is a seasoned professional in the built environment sector, currently serving as a Casual Academic at UNSW, where they teach courses on Property Development and Asset Management. They are also the Founder and Director of In-Touch Advisory, providing consultancy services across various aspects of the built environment. Previously, Stephen was a member of the RICS Governing Council and held various roles within the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and other industry organizations. Stephen has also contributed significantly to ISO standards related to facility management since 2012, promoting sustainable practices in the industry.
