Stephen Kelly

Stephen Kelly is currently the Managing Director at KCM Cost Management, where they lead cost management for construction projects across Moscow. With a decade of experience in quantity surveying, including roles in major projects for clients like IKEA and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, they specialize in the full project lifecycle and cost management processes. Stephen has held previous positions as a Senior Cost Manager at EC Harris and a Senior Quantity Surveyor at IKEA Group, and they are a member of the Board of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. They earned a BSc Honours degree in Quantity Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University.
