Steve Lewis

Steve Lewis is a Partner and the Hong Kong head of Infrastructure, Capital Project, and Construction Advisory as well as the Global Head of Infrastructure Technology at EY, where they have been contributing since 2023. Previously, they served as the Director for KPMG, overseeing Major Project Advisory in Hong Kong and China from 2017 to 2021. With extensive experience in the industry, Steve also held the position of Associate Director and Head of Infrastructure for South China at Turner & Townsend from 2008 to 2017. They are currently a RICS Regional Board Member since 2025 and have completed postgraduate studies at the University of Reading alongside their undergraduate degree from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
