Tom Howard MRICS

Tom Howard MRICS is an experienced building surveyor currently serving as Associate Director at Lantic Building Surveyors and Coreus Group. Previously, Tom held the position of Head of Building Surveying at Miller Commercial and Senior Building Surveyor at Currie & Brown, where a strong focus was placed on delivering consultancy services across various sectors within the South West Peninsula. Tom's involvement in RICS includes sitting on the Regional Committee for Cornwall and serving as Chair of RICS Matrics Cornwall.
