Will B. has built a diverse career over the past decade in central government, focusing on planning policy development, strategy, and governance of major projects. As a Regulatory Business Partner at Smart DCC from 2020 to 2023, Will provided regulatory guidance and managed relationships with stakeholders across the energy sector. Prior to that, Will served as a Senior Policy Advisor at the Ministry of Transport in New Zealand, where they advised on complex transport issues and developed significant policy documents. Currently, Will is a Senior Policy Specialist at RICS and is pursuing a Postgraduate Certificate in Public Policy at Victoria University of Wellington, along with two undergraduate degrees in Economics and Psychology from The University of Auckland.
