Dwayne Prelipp

Dwayne Prelipp is an experienced professional in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Facilities & Engineering Manager at Riddell since August 2010. Prior to this role, Dwayne worked at IAC from July 2008 to August 2010 as a Manufacturing Engineer, specializing in automation techniques including ultrasonic welding and robotic laser cutting. Dwayne’s career began at Johnson Controls Automotive, where from July 1996 to July 2008, significant expertise was developed in advanced manufacturing processes such as robotic welding and CNC tube bending.
