Stephen Arndts

Stephen Arndts has extensive experience in sales and coaching within the sports and insurance industries. As an Institutional Sales Representative at Riddell since January 2005, Stephen provides sales and service to over 125 educational institutions in Western Ohio, specializing in athletic equipment and uniforms. Concurrently, as an Assistant Football Coach at Centerville High School since June 1993, Stephen has dedicated 19 years to coaching defense, focusing on linebackers and defensive backs, with plans to transition to coaching the defensive line in the upcoming season. Prior to his current roles, Stephen held positions ranging from Project Manager at Side Effects to Sole Proprietor of Stephen J Arndts Insurance, with significant achievements as Sales Manager at Prudential Insurance, where his team consistently ranked among the top offices worldwide. Stephen began his professional career as a football player with the Miami Dolphins, playing under legendary coach Don Shula. Stephen Arndts earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Eastern Michigan University in 1977.
