Ke Cai - 蔡轲

Ke Cai is the Horticultural & Technical Manager at Ridder, where they focus on optimizing greenhouse climate control, irrigation, and labor management for growers across the Asia-Pacific region. With a Master’s degree in Greenhouse Horticulture from Wageningen University, Ke advocates for digitalization in the industry to enhance production quality and sustainability. Previously, Ke served as a horticultural trainer at Ridder Group and interned at The Germplasm Bank of Wild Species, where they gained experience in seed identification and storage.
