Rob Eling

Rob Eling is currently employed as a Team Lead R&D at Ridder, where Rob develops drive systems for horticulture and livestock applications. Prior to this, Rob worked as a Lead Engineer R&D at PM, focusing on New Product Development. Rob has also served as a Project Leader R&D at Mitsubishi Turbocharger and Engine Europe B.V., working on the development of electric turbochargers for automotive applications. Rob holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, as well as MSc and BSc degrees in Mechanical Engineering and mechatronics.
