Will Cabezas

Will Cabezas has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. Will began their career in 1995 as an Accounting at Barker Pacific Group. In 1997, they joined Ernst & Young as a Staff Auditor, where they were responsible for performing audits of small and intermediate companies throughout the Bay Area. In 1999, they became a Financial Analyst at BEI Technologies, Inc., where they prepared the annual and quarterly financial reports and calculated and reported the quarterly and annual earnings figures. In 2001, they joined IFX Technologies, Inc. as a Country Accountant, where they were responsible for the proper reporting and implementation of accounting processes and procedures in foreign subsidiaries. In 2003, they became a Senior Accountant at Global Motorsport Group, where they were the initial point of contact for accounting and reporting questions. In 2004, they joined Autodesk, Inc. as a Manager, Corporate FP&A and then as a Finance Business Partner, where they were responsible for leading the planning, forecasting, modeling and analysis of sales related results. In 2013, they joined Delivery Agent as Accounting/Finance, where they were responsible for ensuring compliance with third party agreements and associated reporting of financial results. In 2014, they joined ON24 as a Finance Director, where they were responsible for the management and continued refinement of the expense and revenue forecasting process. Finally, in 2017, they joined Ridecell as a Finance Director, where they built and implemented an FP&A function with clear organization norms and expectations.

Will Cabezas earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Accounting from the University of San Francisco between 1994 and 1996.
