Will Proctor

Will Proctor has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Will is currently working at RideCo On-Demand Transit as a Project Manager since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Business Data Analyst from March 2022 to February 2023 and as an Operations Analyst from May 2021 to March 2022 at the same company.

Before joining RideCo, Will worked as a Transportation Planning Intern at the City of Culver from January 2021 to May 2021. Will also gained experience as an Administrative Intern - Federal/State Policy & Programming at Los Angeles Metro from January 2020 to November 2020.

Additionally, Will worked at the University of Southern California as a Digital Media & Communications Coordinator for the Thornton School of Music from December 2018 to August 2019. Prior to that, they were a Communications and Development Associate at UC Santa Barbara's College of Creative Studies from September 2016 to December 2018.

Will also has experience in sports marketing and operations. Will served as a Marketing, Communications, and Merchandise Coordinator for the Los Angeles KISS Arena Football Team from September 2015 to September 2016. Will also had an internship role as a Media Relations/Game Day Operations Intern at the same organization from April 2015 to August 2015.

Furthermore, Will worked as a Research Assistant at UC Irvine, where they utilized Python to write computer programs for simulating economic models and assisted in monetary policy and banking research. Will was also a Baseball-Student Manager, responsible for revamping the team's marketing program, promoting brand awareness, and assisting with alumni and donor relations from February 2014 to June 2015. Additionally, they served as a Building and Event Supervisor for Campus Recreation, where they supervised employees, managed facility operations, and addressed challenging issues between patrons.

Early in their career, Will gained experience as an Intern with the Santa Barbara Foresters. In this role, they coordinated advertisements, managed social media accounts, and handled customer service during games.

Overall, Will Proctor has a wide range of experiences in project management, data analysis, transportation planning, communications, marketing, and operations.

Will Proctor has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics and History from UC Irvine, which they obtained from 2011 to 2015. Will later pursued a Master of Public Policy degree in Transportation Policy at UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs, from 2019 to 2021.
