Brad Westerop

Brad Westerop is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in e-commerce and retail development. Currently serving as the Director of Ecommerce at FOX Factory since November 2018, Brad leads e-commerce initiatives for multiple brands, including Fox and Raceface. Prior experience includes roles at Colliers International Canada as a Retail Property Advisor, where strategic real estate solutions were developed for retailers and landlords, and as a Market Intelligence Coordinator focused on enhancing efficiency through data analysis. Notable entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding Thuggies, which specializes in comfortable hoodies and onesies, and bedface, which revolutionized the bed sheet market. Earlier career positions include Project Manager at Global Retail Strategies Inc., where significant retail development plans were executed, and Planner Tech I at Northern Rockies Regional District, where community engagement and zoning bylaws were managed.
