Tyler Eston is a technically-focused engineering manager who leads the development of electrohydraulic technology and the implementation of analysis and simulation strategies at FOX Factory. Previously, Tyler served as an Engineer III, where they led design projects involving novel electrohydraulic systems and developed patent-pending improvements. With a background as a Fabrication & Prototyping Specialist at Sears think[box] and an Engineer at SpaceX, Tyler has cultivated substantial expertise in engineering design and manufacturing processes. Currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Management, Leadership, and Innovation at Case Western Reserve University, Tyler's passion lies in creating innovative processes to enhance knowledge transfer and company-wide engineering capabilities.
